Format Bridge Terms of Use

Welcome to Format Bridge! These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of the Format Bridge file converter app (App), which is owned and operated by Format Bridge.

By accessing or using Format Bridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any of these Terms, you may not use Format Bridge.

1. Account and Use: You must be at least 4 years old to use Format Bridge. You may create an account with Format Bridge by providing your email address and creating a password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use Format Bridge for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You may not use Format Bridge for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including, but not limited to, infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, transmitting viruses or malware, or hacking into systems.

2. User Content: You are responsible for the files you upload to Format Bridge (User Content). You agree that you will not upload User Content that is illegal, obscene discriminatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

You grant Format Bridge a non-exclusive non-transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content on Format Bridge as necessary to provide the services. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

3. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability: The app is provided as is and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Format bridge does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. format bridge will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the app, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

4. Termination: We may terminate your access to Format Bridge at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

6. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Format Bridge regarding your use of Format Bridge. These Terms may be amended by Format Bridge at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of Format Bridge following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.
